Absolute terrible customer service. 4 messages and 0 call backs. I bought a boat ladder from Amazon from drifter Marine. The directions gave two different bolt lengths. I received only one which ended up being too long in the assembly in part of it and Too $hort in another part during assembly you end up with sharp bolt ends and threads and the other section you end up with barely enough of the nut to go on the bolt the little legs that rest up against your boat aren’t long enough, so the lower wrong of the ladder is angled ... read more
My experience with quality control and missing parts has been pretty negative. I have made multiple phone calls and sent several emails and am STILL missing the parts that should have came with my UFM3A 3 step transom mount ladder. Trying to get these guys to answer their phone or reply to emails is worse than getting teeth pulled. Jason Drewsensky??
