If you like horrible experiences all the way around, then this is the place for you. I will never go back.
I purchased a Groupon and called to set up an appointment. Lady who answered the call repeated "No coupon, no coupon!" so I said then cancel the appointment, then she said "Coupon ok." I did not know how I would be treated when I arrive with a Groupon, so I canceled it anyway. Now I have to deal with Groupon and get a refund. They could have the very providers, but customer service was so bad and the communication was almost impossible that I did not even get to use the service.
Massages was great. Price is reasonable but they demand I tip. I don’t mind tipping but making someone tip you is unacceptable. Would love to come back but the demand of tip is an issue.
I did a walk in for an hour reflexology session. I was in taken right away and had Anna. While I was soaking my feet, she did a relaxing neck and shoulders massage for about 10 minutes. That was an unexpected treat. After my foot soak, Anna started in on my feet. I was feeling a slight sciatic pinch while I sat, which surprisingly went away after a few minutes.
