We had the most incredible stay at Driftaway Holiday House in Jervis Bay!! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The house itself was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the host was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this magical place to anyone looking for a peaceful River side getaway with unforgettable sunset views.
Spent two nights at Driftaway Holiday house. What a treat. Stunning location, feels like you’re miles away from anywhere, it’s so peaceful and yet Huskissen is just down the road. House is gorgeous . It has everything you need and more. Owners were easy to deal with and responded really quickly to questions. We will definitely be back.
This review is late, but I was recently reminded of our expeience after yet another terrible time with Airbnb, and feel it is important to try to warn people. Unfortunately I cannot leave a review on Airbnb itself as we never actually got to stay at Drift away cottage given the owner cancelled our booking. We had booked drift away cottage for almost a week over the Christmas period with several months lead time. My wife and I stayed at the Drift Away Air bnb in Jervis Bay recently for three nights. The house itself is in a very quiet area with a no thorough fare for cars. The driveway is adjacent to the front verandah which made it an easy transition of luggage. On entering the house could see through the back verandah to water over a lovely green lawn. Really nice place to stay. Great balcony overlooking the river. King parots and crimson parrots visit daily. Close to pristine beaches and cafes. You Really want for nothing here.
