A very serene and tranquil atmosphere. Be warned, it's pricey. But the feeling of Zen that I got here was top notch. I would recommend showing up plenty early for your appointments so that you can fully enjoy the various amenities available. Sauna, steam room, co-ed lounge. The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that the barber shop and nail salon were being remodeled and unavailable.
Worst spa in town. Broken Jacuzzis with no plans to fix them. Does not honor discounts sent by email.
Jacuzzi is broken. “Pool” is the hotel pool you share with all other hotel guests. Go to Resorts World if you want a good spa.
service: 5/5 ambiance: 5/5 amenities: 4/5 this review is for the spa at the palms, not the palm’s place. my friends and i booked massages together to celebrate one of their birthdays. upon entry, ariana kindly helped us get checked in. she is personable and friendly, just as the other staff members we encountered. on the 2nd floor is the women’s and men’s separate locker room and amenities including toilets, showers, a hot tub (unfortunately out of order at the time of our visit), a steam room, and sauna. the space felt clea... read more
I have in this spa a true professional experience. All is present to help you to fell better . Alma was my therapist. She was exceptional with me. Forget the price try the experience !
