The Worst Experience at The Spa at Palms My original plan was simply to use the spa amenities. I was told that a day pass costs $100, but that access to the amenities would be complimentary if I booked any service priced at $100+. Based on that information, I decided to book a deep-tissue massage, which was advertised as starting at $170. THE POINT ON THE MAP IN THE WRONG POSITION
A very serene and tranquil atmosphere. Be warned, it's pricey. But the feeling of Zen that I got here was top notch. I would recommend showing up plenty early for your appointments so that you can fully enjoy the various amenities available. Sauna, steam room, co-ed lounge. The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that the barber shop and nail salon were being remodeled and unavailable.
Worst spa in town. Broken Jacuzzis with no plans to fix them. Does not honor discounts sent by email.
Jacuzzi is broken. “Pool” is the hotel pool you share with all other hotel guests. Go to Resorts World if you want a good spa.
