I had a wonderful experience at this shop, first off the actual shop its self is adorable. Very clean and well put together, instantly made me feel comfortable and that I was getting a piercing from reputable place. I didn’t catch the receptionists name but she was also wonderful! So kind and talked us through everything while my piercer (Lilly) was getting set up. I went in for a 6 week check-in for my new helix that I got on a trip (which is how I found Drift here at home). Booked with Ray and he was awesome! Our interaction was brief when we discovered my piercing was healing at an angle, but he was super helpful telling me how to possibly fix it or that it might need to be repierced. (it’s on an angle because I cannot - for the life of me - not sleep on my right side for some reason.) This shop is amazing! If i could give 10 stars I would! Ray took his time explaining the post care instructions and addressed all my concerns. They have a great selection of jewelry and a great sterilization process. I had my conch done and its healing wonderfully
Went today to get my nose pierced. It’s so beautiful and very clean, A++ customer service! Lily is absolutely amazing, she answered all of my questions. She’s so fast I didn’t even realize she was done. I will be returning!! Thanks again.
