We've had a wonderful experience with Drift Property Management since the very beginning. Kellie managed our lease process and has been fantastic throughout. Kellie is an absolutely fantastic property manager. She responds quickly, organises repairs straight away, and is always friendly and helpful. She never makes you feel like your questions are a bother and is always happy to assist. It makes renting so much easier when you have someone this supportive.
Fast response and very communicative . We were moving to the Gold Coast over the Christmas break when most real estate agents were shutting down for the holidays. But not Kellie! She answered all of our questions regarding the property and responded super quickly to all of our emails to the point we were able to secure a property right before Christmas day. Highly recommend Kellie! Exceptional in all aspects. Kellie from start to finish in the leasing process was incredible. Her patience, communication and responsiveness was top notch.
