Yesterday I booked a deep tissue and a reflexology massage. Lynn worked on me, concentrating on my problem areas. Before I got on the table it hurt to sit or stand because of muscle tightness. Afterwards I apprehensively stood up and was relieved to feel no pain! Lynn combined stretching and manipulation with the massage. She was phenomenal! I will definitely be back soon!!!
