I have been here to float before and it was great. I now have a groupon coupon and I have had the same experience as M. Tried to book online. Went when it was booked but locked and no one there. Called and left messages repeatedly but no return call. This is not the way to run a business.
I was given a Groupon for a float session as a birthday gift. When I tried to book my appointment the online booking feature wouldn't let me redeem the Groupon, so I reserved with my credit card and figured they could refund it when I went in. I received confirmation via email but when I went to the spa the doors were locked and the lights were out. The website specifically stated that they were to be open at 8 am, my appointment was confirmed (and charged to the cc) for 09:45, but my phone calls were not answered and emails... read more
