I placed an order that had to be produced to meet the specs I requested. I called to speak with someone to assist me in how to track the production. I spoke with Scott and he was amazing. He filled me in and I was able to email 2 additional times and was given updates that same day. I was very impressed with Scott's customer service and his timely responses leaving me feeling very comfortable with the money I spent!
