This was the absolutely worst customer service I've ever received. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The doctor and staff are unprofessional and don't give helpful advice when trying to choose a new pair of glasses. They never verified my benefits and sent my claim as medical instead of vision which obviously wasn't paid. The claim wasn't even submitted until 10 months after I had been in the office, at which point it was December so we had met our maximum.
