They came quickly (the afternoon of the day we called) to our home in Cotton County when we flooded in April. They answered all of our questions regarding the process and estimated work schedules. They also worked with the adjuster hired by our flood insurance company to be in compliance with their rules regulating water removal and damage removal. They were patient with the lengthy process of receiving our settlement from the insurance company and our ability to pay them.

Josh with DriRight was incredibly professional and helpful, he has I believe over a decade of insurance experience and was able to help with that side of our problem as well, making it all the more easier. His crew handled all of our belongings with care which we greatly appreciate, and our home was taken care of quickly, efficiently, and done the right way. His crew gave us real time updates of anything that was found or needed to be taken care of as well.

The Dri Right techs were courteous, professional, and quick at what they do. They worked over my entire crawlspace in just a few days time, and helped me address some other issues I didn't know I had down there, which saved me money and headache in the long run.
