At a time of disarray when you need someone to come in promptly and service your restoration project dry pro was the only company from Destin to Panama City That even answered my call. Jeremiah started the process with us, spoke with us every day, sent pictures at the end of every day and kept us up-to-date on everything that was going on with the process. Trent and Joel were so helpful and so courteous and so professional. I cannot recommend dry pro enough. They were absolutely amazing.
I could not praise this company more 10stars!! They were one of the few and brightest lights - during one of the most horrific and stressful events we've ever had to endure. My second home was ruined by a tenant who left a shower running on the top story for more than 12+ hours (pointing outside of the shower pan). Dri-Pro was so professional, showed up immediately, was reasonably priced (we called around) and had the expertise to deal with the level of damage we had incurred. The owner was Helpful , knowledgeable and kind. We liked working with all the staff because they made this an easy process. It's not fun to deal with insurance but they helped walk us through the trouble spots.
A great company to deal with. Professional service and quality workmanship. Would highly recommend!
