We had a wonderful experience with Mike and Brandon they had a good attitude, and they were very informative about whole rug cleaning process! We are really pleased at the quality of work they did on our carpet and will get them again! P.S. Mike found my letterman multi tool that I had lost month ago! Thanks Paul and Ruth

This was an all around good experience. They cleaned my funiture .and carpets took out the dog smells from my black lab . And with 3 young kids you can just imagine the carpets,were a wreck great all around job . Happy happy 5 stars...highly recommended.
I scheduled an appointment online, and it was promptly confirmed by email. When the technician did not show up, I called, and the person who answered claimed that he had no record of the appointment. He seemed annoyed when I confirmed that he was the person whose name was on the confirmation email and said he didn't need to chit chat with me. He then hung up on me.
