My experience with them seems to be that they operate with planned obsolescence as their primary business strategy. I bought an LGR 6000LI that was manufactured in 2020 from a third party used. It ran and worked fine and was told it had Bluetooth. I looked up the instructions to hookup to Bluetooth and I downloaded this app it made me create an account to use it. I purchased a brand-new Sapphire 370 SS truckmount from Legend Brands for nearly $28,000. The machine has fewer than 350 hours on it, yet it developed a major oil leak. I took it to an authorized service center, where I was told that oil leaks are a common issue with the Kawasaki engines used in these units.
