I purchased a brand-new Sapphire 370 SS truckmount from Legend Brands for nearly $28,000. The machine has fewer than 350 hours on it, yet it developed a major oil leak. A very clean and ordered business.
Update: The Command Hub touch screen on my PHD-200 dehumidifier eventually failed (see below). I contacted Legend Brands through their online chat. I thought for sure, I was going to reach a bot. Surprisingly, I reached a real person, and within one week (and minimal effort on my part), Legend Brands sent me a new Command Hub, fully set up and ready to install. Their dehumidifiers are trash. I bought a new one from my local distributor and it didn’t last 3 years before needing major repairs. My distributor traded me for another unit that failed the same way. After a third one, we’re done and I will never buy another one of their products again. Over $3000 out the window.
