Installation was quick price was to be expected but quality could have been better to say the least as well as communication but after a year with the product it is shooting freeon out of it and these guys are unreachable it worked great for almost a year but now does not work at all been trying to contact someone for 2 days and have left multiple messages to no avail So much for warranties or customer service

We were convinced to purchase an upgraded model because of the rebate that we would be able to receive but come to find out this company is not even on the power company's approved installers so i am unable to receive any rebate. And to top it off a city inspector came out and looked at the unit that they installed and said it was out of code because the disconnect box was directly behind it so either the unit or the disconnect box needed to be moved.
