My mother has been going to this place for 4 years and it has gotten worse and worse. This last week her appointment was canceled twice and then when we finally got an appointment the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. My mother has been without medication for 19 days because of their discrepancies. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! The amount of times they have messed up and caused my mother to be hospitalized is astounding. We will NEVER call this place again!

The office staff is is extremely unhelpful whenever you do get a hold of somebody. Prescription refills are NEVER called in on time nor are they a priority to be called in. Every single month that I've been a patient there, I have gone weeks without my medication because that's how long it takes for somebody to actually send it to my Pharmacy. Very unprofessional. No one ever picks up the phone or answers emails. They do not bother to listen to you, just a quick diagnosis with no background check about you.

These people cause their patients brain damage by doing ECT they renamed “microcurrent therapy”. Absolutely sick and disgusting, they just want money and prey on people who can’t afford to sue. But they have a surprise waiting for them because they didn’t consider the fact that some people have money and lawyers in their family they didn’t even know about (;
