Should of gone with instinct! Ignored patient history, was dismissive of information provided. That then impacted procedure, was un apologetic, rude to nursing staff during procedure. Very expensive. The only saving grace is that the root canal appears to have been successful.
Very professional and friendly. All procedures were fully explained before proceeding. A very clean environment, which puts you at ease.
Dr Ramineni and his team provide professional care, from managing appointments through to gently explaining and undertaking the procedure and listening to and responding to my concerns. Highly recommend.
