My experience was absolutely terrible do not recommend this doctor at all He said he was far too busy to fully look me over and I'm in wheelchair and explained what happened and he complained about the health system
Though I have only seen Dr Grace in his rooms once, and once by Telehealth I am exceedingly happy with his service He was willing to listen to my issue and review the medical test results I had then prescribe a new(to me) medication to trial after he had researched its application and effects were suitable and it was not contraindicated against existing medications Other Drs were not as they had no knowledge or experience with this medication He was quite willing to follow up with me about the efficacy of new meds and discus... read more
What an absolute disgrace, to think this man is allowed to call himself a doctor. He doesn’t even ask the patient if they are ok and didn’t even acknowledge that I was present to the appointment or why. I was there as a support person as the patient has no family. At no time did he ask any questions. I left feeling extremely angry and frustrated that a doctor could treat an elderly patient like that. No care and no compassion.
I get the impression he’s just over it and wants to retire. Practically wanted me to leave before I’d even got myself through the door. I went to him with severe back pain only to be told I’m wasting my time and fobbed me off with painkillers. Went to another GP who discovered I had three compression fractures in my spine. Go to someone who cares, this guy doesn’t.
