We were showed a house in Modesto and told to apply. There was someone that had already applied and they were waiting on the co-applicant to complete their application. I'm not sure if some sort of confusion occurred but Andy lead us to believe that me and my co-applicant should apply because the original application wasn't finished so we would be next. Very disappointed in Andy. Was told if we applied for a rental property we’d get 1st dips since co-applicant hadn’t filled out their application. We receive a generic text 3 days later saying other applicant had been approved even though he assured us we’d get the property since our application was finished. This is after our credit was ran. Now we have a hard inquiry for absolutely no reason. Avoid this property management group. EDIT: Our application was not denied. We have excellent credit and make more than 3x the rent. ... read more
Avoid them. Bad at communication. Requested a showing and received a text from “Andy” asking for availability. I sent some options and they ignored me for days. I later saw another property and messaged Andy again. They asked me if I was available same day. I was not - and sent alternatives. They stopped talking to me completely. If this is how they manage their properties- I’ll be avoiding DRG completely.
If I could give zero stars I would. I moved into one of their apartments recently and the place was filthy at the time of move in. Roaches and dead bugs everywhere. The fridge full of dead roaches and eggs. Windows sills full of dead flies and covered in dirt. Worse of all a dead cat and mouse outside. Contacted Andy to see what could be done about this all he said was this would be considered when I move out. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know.
