Never an issue. Amazing Dr and staff.
I've had Dr Aoude as my PCP for 4 years now and he's a very thorough and a great Dr! He is always on time and is very patient I'm glad I became a client before he stopped taking new ones!
Dr aoude himself is great. Wonderful doctor, and his nurse is also very nice. However, the administrative assistants that answer the phones are horrible. They are not helpful in the least, dismissive, rude, unattentive. Being talked to on the phone as if your medical problem is an inconvenience, by your doctor's office, is kind of ridiculous.
Dr. Aoude sincerely cares about his patients. You are never rushed. I often like holistic approaches to things and he listens and gives me advice. He is not only a good doctor, but a very nice person. He deserves a 5 star rating as far as I am concerned.
