I don't know how good of a company this is, but if its anything like the customer service of their manager its awful. A item flew out of the back of one of their vehicles and hit mine. It put a dent in my brand new truck. They would not even meet me halfway with the deductible. She told me to prove it and they weren't paying it. I saw the object fly out of their vehicle and hit mine. I filed a police report. Paid the $8.50 for the report. At their request I sent a copy of the police report which cost me $9 to fax to them.
