The shop is managed by a young individual who claims to be the one running the shop. In actuality, he has to consult with the owner—his uncle—for decision-making. Even for a short list of items, approval was sought via a phone call, indicating a centralized decision structure. The shop did an excellent job repairing my suspension belt. Great mechanic shop!!!!! The owner takes care of everything you need. He truly understands German engineering inside and out. Whether it's a BMW, Mercedes, or Audi, he knows the ins and outs like a dealership technician but gives you the personal care. They also provide towing services if your car breaks down or isn’t drivable.
Not a fan of the red bmw but great shop to take your car to.
