they are sweet
Mostly quiet and affordable. The staff always seem nice. Whenever I need something fixed its taken care of pretty fast which is great.
These apartments are so outdated. I don't live there now, but I know somebody who does and currently has a big hole ceiling for about 2 months now. Her closet doors are all off the hinges, black mold in her bathtub and ceiling. All the appliances are from the 80s from when I actually lived there. When I lived in those apartments they were nice, they definitely have not be maintained properly. The rent is high and definitely not worth the price.
WORST APARTMENTS IN DUNWOODY Do Not move here!!!! I paid $450 for the application fee. I was told to send proper documents which I did. I’ve been calling them everyday no answer No answer. Today which is a month later they pick up and tell me they cancelled my application. Ternissia or whatever her name is is the worst.
Landlord is rude they enter your apartment anytime they please! I've had payments missing out my acct there is mold growing in the closets and bathrooms any time you complain about it they tell you that it's a housekeeping issue Windows are old and very hard to get up and down appliances are old and out of date in the three years that I've saved here my rent has increased over $200 I was told in order to get my AC unit to shut off from blowing constantly and runing my light bill up That I would have to shut it off by the bre... read more
