Fixed my SUV two months ago, didn't change out a bolt that was supposed to be changed out with the work, bolt broke, and threw all the work off. Said he wasn't responsible after another mechanic said beyond shadow of doubt it was his fault. Then charged me to fix it again instead of asking if I wanted him to first.
