I bought a BMW that needed a wheel hub replaced, it was replaced in one day and I got a replacement car, the guys at the workshop were very nice and helpful, great experience.
Recently purchased a mk7 gti with great spec and I can not fault it. Immaculate condition, brilliant service history and low mileage. Phoned up on a Monday morning and by midday I was driving it home. Brilliant service, helped with day insurance just to get the 60 miles home and super friendly, could have chatted about cars all day!
I’ve always believed that who you buy a car off is as important as the car itself, having travelled 120 miles to view the car (Mercedes Benz) I was more than pleased with that as it had been accurately described, David fulfilled the other part, answering any questions without being pushy. There was one small problem when I got home (air con needed re-gassing), David happily paid for that to be done locally without question. I will definitely buy from David again in the future.
David, Given your disgraceful denial, I am left with no choice but to share just a few images of the fault pop-ups that appeared from day one—right up to the day you collected the car. I could continue with hundreds. You held the car in your possession for weeks at point of rejection, without any contact, while the third-party company was attempting to reach you to assess it. Avoid this deceitful dealership at all costs! On my way to purchase a car, my taxi driver warned me that they had picked up several customers who had experienced issues with this dealer.
