This guy doesnt deserve ANY stars. He lies and says he's a mechanic but he seems very suspicious and unknowlegable on the phone. Apart from him setting MULTIPLE appts and not showing up, he just seems to be a liar. He comes up with every excuse known to man when it's time for him to show up to the the job. He also ends up just ghosting you and never getting back to you when he consistently stands you up. Do not waste your time with this shady guy, its NOT worth it and he is very dishonest. Save yourself the frustration.
Terrible Customer service! Called the guy and he mentioned that it wouldn't be until next day when he can get to our home for repair. Waited the following day for the guy and he mentioned it wouldn’t be until 5pm. 6:30pm rolls around and he still wasn’t at our home and completely stopped answering his phone. Don’t tell someone you will be somewhere and not show up. If you don’t want to do the job, say it. Don’t ignore. Won’t use again and won’t recommend. Waste of time.
