Would give zero stars if that was an option. We returned an item not knowing they didn’t do returns at all. They did the return. We saw some paint that we came back to buy feeling bad that we returned the light we bought. So we picked out the paint we needed and were checking out when the women says are going to use all those colors and I said yes and she nastily says because we’re not doing anything more returns. Ive been working in Mount Morris for about 3 months and this was my goto hardware store, they had everything and more. It's bigger than what you see from outside and I'm glad I walked in. The Employees are beyond Friendly, and I always walked out with what I needed and a smile on my face. Im kind of sad to be on the the next job as I wish I could take this store with me. 100% & 5 stars for my review. Dan, Cook Properties, Rehabilitation Specialist.
Honest, Friendly, Community involved, Family oriented people own and operate this business. Such a shame more people don't frequent and/or support this business. You'll never really miss something until its GONE. Support our local business owners so they never give up on us.
They are knowledge, helpful and friendly as can be. Without them, my house and garden would be a ruin. They even helped me find out where to find a particular fitting for plumbing that isn't made in America.
Great little family owned place with a massive amount of useful stuff crammed into it. More then what you'd expect for a normal hardware store. It's a tight fit but worth the trip. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and extremely helpful. She showed us where everything was and looked stuff up that we were unsure of. I found myself wishing I would have went here before I went to Walmart. I even found some stuff cheaper here than at walmart and didn't have to spend an hour trying to find what aisle things were in. ... read more
