I’ve had a membership at Drew‘s for several years. I recently was at Drew‘s cleaning my car when it started to rain. Unknowingly to me an employee moved the towel rack under the cover to keep the towels from getting wet. Apparently, he moved the rack too close to my car and a gust of wind blew open my driver door more than it was previously opened which made it hit the rack and knocked it over. Can’t be bothered to answer their phones during any time of any day. Even when you leave them multiple voicemails. Upsetting when you’re a paying customer.
This location is clean and friendly. I had mud on my car and the attendant power washed some of it off for me before entering the machines. Thank you from a girl who lives down a dirt road!
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I went to wash my brand new Cadillac Escalade (still has paper plates) a few days ago. The touch free car wash was terrible and left residue all over the car. Very easy to see on black paint. When I went to the drying/vacuum stations, I grabbed two towels off the clean rack.
