Quick and a friendly staff ready to help. I've been a regular for the past 4 years. And the best thing... They're conveniently located... So anywhere I am in the city ... There's one Drew's I can go to.
Car wash was great! But what was really great were the vacuums and compressed air blower! Towels and cleaner included, what a deal! Well worth the money!
Great wash and powerful vacuums
Trash service, added a second car to my membership then they had no on site management to remove the extra car/charge… had to go through email… then on email they never replied just canceled both memberships and didn’t refund me or anything. No big deal just annoying.
My daughter has used Drew’s Car Wash in Bryan many times without any problem, which is why this experience is so disappointing. Today after getting her car washed, she noticed multiple deep scratches on her roof and side of her car. She immediately returned to the car wash to report the damage and ask how to file a claim. The two employees (Kade & ?) working were uncooperative and dismissive.
