I recently booked a haircut appointment online with Carlos Montes. To my disappointment, upon arrival, I discovered Carlos wasn't even present at the location, despite having confirmed my appointment via email beforehand. I cannot recommend this place due to their poor organization and lack of communication. There's usually a wait, but it's a nostalgic place with friendly conversations and good cuts.
