Waited all afternoon and got the worst haircut of my life
6/21, I go in to get a trim and I asked for 2 inchs on the top, guy responded "2 gaurd?" I say yes, dude could have specified that a 2 gaurd is a damn 1/4 of a inch, he also proceeds to charge me 32 for what was effectively a buzz cut. I won't be returning 3/16, I've gone in for 2 haircut since my last edit and 12/16 was a fluke, it has been super consistent and exceptional, clean edges and every little hair is accounted for. 12/16, went back in and this particular hair cut wasn't nearly as good as the last, not destructive ... read more
Terrible service.
Sat in this barbershop for an hour and a half, only to watch three people who arrived after me get seen before me. To make matters worse, one of them made a deal with a barber - who straight-up confirmed in Spanish that his “friend” would be next after he finished another cut. I guess they assumed I wouldn’t understand, but I did. To top it off, when it was obvious I was frustrated, one of the barbers - a white dude - tried to brush it off by saying they only do walk-ins and don’t take appointments. Worst haircut ever. Went in for a light all over trim and came out with white walls. Thought the female barber understood that I wanted a trim but after the first pass of the clippers it was clear she didn’t but was too late then. I found out she didn’t speak English so why doesnt one of the other two male barbers help her understand what the customer wants.now I understand why there was no waiting line for a hair cut. Not a good way to please your customers. I won’t be back.
