To my disappointment, upon arrival, I discovered Carlos wasn't even present at the location, despite having confirmed my appointment via email beforehand. Walter is awesome. He has such attention to detail that it is crazy.
There's usually a wait, but it's a nostalgic place with friendly conversations and good cuts.
