This pharmacy has great patient care. Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and prepares and delivers my medicine on time.
Incompetent pharmacists with poor communication skills, and an Evidenced Bad & arrogant attitude. Our prescriptions were not filled in a timely manner. Our multiple messages were never returned. Wait - time to speak to a pharmacist was always long. Our multiple voicemail and email messages were never returned. On multiple occasions, Designated representatives abruptly disconnected our call (after making us wait for upto half - hour waiting to speak to the pharmacist). I've been going to Drewport Pharmacy since they first opened and can say I have never had an issue with them.The Team they have put together are all very supportive and answer all of my questions promptly and accurately, I could not ask for a better service level.The whole Team At Drewport is topnotch and I appreciate all of them.
