I am a resident in London, ON, and I do not recommend renting with this company. At first, it may seem like you are getting a luxury apartment, but that is not the case. The building management is misleading about the services they provide. They claim to handle maintenance efficiently, but that has not been my experience—my washing machine was broken, and it took them an entire month to fix it. I am writing this to warn others about the appalling lack of accountability and professionalism at of Drewlo Holdings Head Office. Management admitted in writing that they made a clerical error by placing a 'stop' on my account, which prevented my April rent from being pulled. Rather than fixing their mistake, they demanded I pay via methods that incur service fees (PayQuad) or bank charges (Bank Drafts). Ali Tafakkor there has to be more to the story. Drewlo is one of the most respected landlords in Ontario. I'm not saying there wasn't a pet smell in your apartment, but from what I know, they would have been on it right away. What I see more of is people who have a problem, all of a sudden expecting a lot of concessions, to the point of being really unreasonable. To whom this may concern We recently heard that Sheena and her family put in a resume to become the new supers at 161 Fallowfield. What a great addition to our community that would be. Sheena is very devoted and liked by all tenants in the building. She is presently doing all the cleaning and doing a great job. Looking forward to having her and her family at our building.
