Once the source of our water leak was found by a leak locating professional we chose Drewbuilt to do the repair from a couple of recommendations given to us. Ben arrived together with his apprentice and mini excavator. Ben showed us the impinging boulder which had pierced the pipe and caused the leak. The leak which was one metre down, was fixed promptly and photos were taken. Ben was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient and the excavated area was made good prior to their departure. First contacted them for a blocked shower and tap leaking, Ben was very helpful and contacted me promptly and spoke at length to fully understand what we needed but also to get the best product for what we were spending. We had them come out again to install new taps in 2 bathrooms and we could not be happier. Customer service and workmanship is second to none.
