Drew was a pleasure to work with, he answered all my questions promptly and nothing went unanswered. I am new to commercial real estate and Drew did a great job of helping me understand exactly what I was getting myself into. My husband Tim and I contacted Drew 4 years ago to help us with our commercial building located in Airway Heights. Drew found a tenant for our property within a short time. I've worked with Drew Ulrick for 3 years now on multiple properties. He's incredibly professional, hard working, and proactive in finding what you need. Not only that, but after you buy the building, he helps you get tenants to occupy it. I wouldn't use anyone else for my commercial needs.
