Beware of where and when you park. Towing seems to be their solution for paying customers exceeding the 3 hour limit.
This company leases a number of store fronts on 4th Street in Berkeley and owns the customer parking lots associated with those stores. They practice terrible customer service and building management and towed my car from the customer parking lot while I was a paying customer in their cafes/home good stores/restaurants on a weekday when the lot was half-full. I guess they would rather enforce the 3 hour parking rule (my car was towed after being parked for 4.5 hours while I was running errands in the area...aka being a custo... read more
