We recently refinanced our home with Tim. This was our fourth time working with him between buying homes and refinancing and Tim is always such a pleasure to work with. He has always taken the time to answer any questions we may have and run through all of our options in detail which has been so helpful. We have recommended him to many of our close friends and family!

I believe the words "The Balls" should be used as a metric to describe success and ease of business, because Tim Rennick is "The Balls". Tim Rennick made what is often a painful, stressful, and uncomfortable process in obtaining a loan a simple procedure. I will definitely use them again!!!

I cannot recommend Greg Deschenes enough. He was my mortgage broker on my purchase and my refinance three years later. He is extremely efficient, organized, and he responds to emails with lightening speed even on the weekends. He is honest and forthright about the rates he can provide. If the rates go down again or if I purchase another property, Greg would be the first person I call.

Tim and his team are always professional and work hard to secure the best rates available. His legal team at Stonehill Law is also excellent at getting my closing scheduled promptly and closed quickly. I love how Tim reaches out in advance to let me know when the rates have dropped giving me peace of mind knowing I don't have to watch the market fluctuations!
