I checked in during the evening, and now at 2:00 a.m. I am still being told the same thing—that the material has not arrived. If you are coming here for pickup, please be mentally prepared for a very long and uncertain waiting period. This kind of delay and lack of coordination is unacceptable.”big zero 0
