I called in the office due to toothache and swelling as a first time patient and was given an appointment a couple hours later. The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. Dr Heidergott was very gentle and kind. He explained all my options and what he would recommend but did not push anything on me. I had a great experience. I have found my dentist.
I came here for a cleaning a few months back and was treated with so much respect. I hadn't been to a dentist in my adult life so it was a mess, they didn't make me feel bad once for it. Today I returned to get a filling and I felt nothing... I could have fell asleep in the chair. If you're looking for a dentist in Spokane I couldn't recommend this practice more!
This last visit was. For teethcleaning and exam. I am impressed and pleased with the expert and considerate treatment I receive here. Thank you Gail Spaeth.
I highly recommend Dr. Heidergott he is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and competent at what he does.The staff, Shelby, Cheryl and Heidi were also very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They all made me feel very comfortable. The best dental office by far!
Today I had a consultation at this office. I was so impressed from when I first entered the office. Beautiful and very clean. The staff and assistants are professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Drew is also very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable and has a conservative approach. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. I left feeling confident and comfortable with my future dental needs using Dr. Heidergott as my Dentist.
