Hard working honest folks with customers needs come first. Straight shooter.
For years we had water come into our basement every Spring due to poor drainage on the north side of our home. The existing sidewalk was in poor condition and parts of it sloped towards the house. Drew Gardner came out and recommended a new sidewalk plus drainage into a dry well. Well it has been two years and some very wet weather since the work was completed and our basement has been completely dry. Drew called me back immediately and was able to solve all of my concerns. I would definitely call him for any foundation work I encounter.
Contacted Drew Gardner for an estimate for some concrete work on my property. He showed up and was a pleasant man. He gave us 2 options on the cost they both seemed really High however we decided to go with him anyways. We agreed on the most expensive option. I emailed and asked to get on the schedule. I never heard back, another contractor reached out to me gave me a quote for half the cost and Got me scheduled.
