The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Drew Lee was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns that I had.
Do not go to this office if you are having any sort of mental illness you will receive minimal support be judged and ridiculed. The staff also believes in a cookie cutter treatment plan for all patients if you do not fit into their treatment mold you just don’t get proper care. Karen the nurse is rude and unsympathetic towards patients. Dr. Lee could use some continued education, when I asked for specific labs to be drawn he didn’t know what any of them were. Very considerate and understanding. Was able to diagnose my problem rather than treat the symptoms. Explains things very well.
Doctor is very friendly and thorough. Doesn't want to just throw meds at you, but actually wants to help.
