Drew was a pleasure to work with! He was incredibly responsive, and immediately up for looking at any house, any time. Drew is a top realtor in the NH market. He is responsive, has experience and is very good a problem solving to get things done. He goes above and beyond for his clients and he helped me with a very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend him!
Bait and switch. Drew's general strategy is to call you, tell you he has a "buyer". Then tell you the buyer isn't interested, but it would be a great property to list on the MLS with him. I know this because: 1. He completely stopped communication, when he knew I entered a contract with another agent the first time he called. 2. The second time he called, he would not present any info about the buyer (proof of funds, financing approval, etc.). Nice guy, shady tactics IMO to get good listings.
