If I could give no stars I definitely would. I walked in at 4:31pm. This place was emptier than a desert. I asked for a quart of 8624, the man behind the counter says he can’t mix paint after 4:30pm. After he uses the excuse of being alone. This would only take 5 minutes to mix. Definitely will never be coming back. Horrible business etiquette no wonder this place is always empty.
Jason is the man. Love this place and their customer service is always on point, no matter how small of an order you are placing.
It’s been roughly 30 years since I started working with Jason and the staff at NCS…back then it was known as Drew Carriage. 30 years…30 years of honest advice…30 years of great customer service…30 years of “Jason I screwed up” only to here Jason say “ that’s ok…I can sell you what you need to fix it” lol! 30 years of friendship and great service! You guys Rock and I’m grateful for all your support!
