Never answers the phone called 10 times with messages and call back number no response at all very bad service in my opinion
They will not answer the phone when called. I have been trying to get parts for my lift for two months and nobody seems to care. Terrible customer service, seems that they only care to sell new lifts.
Looks like drew-lift has been bought out by a bunch who have TORN UP ALL THE LIFETIME WARRANTIES FROM B4 THEY BOUGHT THE PLACE. NEVERMIND MY GLOWING REVIEWS of this place.. The GOOD stuff was THEN.... And this is now.... DO NOT hold your breath waiting for a return call, and do not expect any kind of"Warranties" to be honored.... I bought a DREW 8000 shallowshallow lift (for my "new to me" 27 ft Chris-craft) since it was obvious that a 6000 just wouldn't lift it.
