I was having significant lower back pain and mobility issues due to disk issues and a quadricep muscle torn from my pelvis and badly stripped. He was patient with me as he listened to my history and previous treatment experience. He was providing me a second opinion as to my ortho surgeon's recommendation was to fuse L5 and L4 which I was not comfortable. After meeting Dr Spencer I was convinced he was the right surgeon for me after having three other surgeons for multiple spine surgeries 12 to be exact Doctor Spencer was my 13th spine surgery Dr Spencer's extremely low-key which I appreciate and I followed him to northwestern from Edward hospital in Naperville when he left the practice I was satisfied with his quick follow-ups to my questions and concerns via my chart as well as the office visits he is easy to get along with and is a very good listener and doesn't sugarcoat ... read more
