Disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in the staff were rude, abrupt, and clearly not interested in helping. I felt like a burden rather than a customer. To make matters worse most of the dresses were visibly in terrible condition. For a hire service, I expected much better quality and service. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
I walked in with 40 minutes to find a dress for a last minute event. The Ladies quickly recommended me some pieces based off a photo I showed them & had me dressed, booked out the door within the 40 minutes. The dresses were beautifully handled with so much care & the ladies were so accommodating, not just to me but to everyone else in the store, i went in at such a busy time but they still paid attention to detail. I’m so grateful for these ladies for their time & help, I’ll definitely be returning. Thankyou so much !
