EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH Absolutely appalling customer service. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. There was no basic courtesy or respect shown to customers, and the attitude we received was simply unacceptable. I have never experienced such poor treatment from staff. If you expect customers to spend their money at your business, the least you should provide is basic respect and professionalism. Management seriously needs to address the behaviour of the staff. The owner Joslyn goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy and satisfied. Every time I have visited, I have had a wonderful experience. She makes the process of finding the perfect dress so much easier, especially during what can often be a stressful time. The hiring process is simple and stress free.
