Sophia H. I love this salon. The most important thing to me is dependable service. I know that here I'll find a gown from a wide selection, and I will have it, completed and fabulous when I need it. To me, time is money. I've purchased two gowns from here and my experience both times was great. I appreciate friendly reliable service. I wouldn't go anyplace else.
What a great store! I love this place. The selection of dresses was different than any place I have been! The styles are a good mix of price ranges and style for any figure. I had a tough figure to fit, and the ladies at this store took the time to make sure that I found a dress that made me look the best! Great communication too! I wish I could get married over and over to work with them again. I felt like a princess. I am recommending my friends go here before anywhere else!
Polite owner, but expensive dresses I went to this store looking for a bridal gown. The owner was very helpful, but the gowns were mostly out of my price range. There was not a huge selection, either. I left the store rather disappointed. Go to this store if you do not want a big, princess-type gown. I wanted a cathedral train, and she could not show me one gown with such a train. They have a small bridesmaid selection.
Nasty and Classless Service I purchased my wedding dress and veil at this store. I paid for my veil in full so that I could have it custom made. About two weeks before my veil was to arrive, I get a call from the store saying it was going to cost an additional $1000. They made no attempt to try and rectify their mistake. Over Rated This place is unwelcoming. The selection is limited and over priced. I won't even talk abut the attitudes! I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Pricy & Nasty My wife is 6 months pregnant and is going to be in my sisters wedding in July. My sister chose dressed to the nines in morristown, and we have had nothing but problems. They wanted her to order a size that was way bigger than anything she would fit into and they insisted on it even after my wife told them it would be to big. The dress cost 280 dollars just to order and they wanted to charge her an additional 40 dollars for a piece of pink ribbon.. highway robbery. The dress came in and it is an absolute tent.
