I booked a one-hour consultation to find a dress for my formal, but unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. When I first arrived, there wasn’t much guidance. I was told to just browse the racks on my own, and most of the styles I asked to try were either booked out for my event date or not available in my size. The consultant kept suggesting dresses in sizes that weren’t right for me, which didn’t feel helpful. Best customer service! Ordered a dress that arrived much shorter then expected, the customer service team were amazing and so quick to respond and send out another dress to wear in time for my event. Would 100% recommend!
