Awesome for Plus Sizes – Its very hard to find a store that carries multiple colors in sizes 3xl-5Xl, especially bottoms. But Luckilly this store carries many different colors pants in 3-5xl so I got lucky :) I walked in and didnt know where to find them and a store associate (didnt get her name) took me right to them. VERY CUTE christmas scrub tops, I'll be back!!!!
Personal Service – Nancy has helped me get the right uniforms for my new job. She knows what styles will work for me and what ones won't. She has also called me when there's something new in she thinks I'll like. I love that kind of service.
Best shop I've been to – The shop these reviews are commenting on seems like another store. I went in and was immediately approached with help. That mother daughter team was terrific! I have had their products for a couple months now and they haven't even faded let alone rip out. I give them two thumbs up!
Don't bother... – They are one of the only places to carry in stock tall sizes, however, the selection is small. They do not have a variety of sale items, and it is hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. The owner is rude and I won't be back. Make the drive to Portland instead- you'll be much more satisfied.
Where is your Website? – No "store front" of the company available. It would be really nice to review a catalog of apparel and other items that you sell.
Worst customer service ever – I bought a nice pair of expensive scrubs from Scrub Shop. The told me all about how well they stand behind the products they sell. That expensive pair tore out the pocket after just 7 hours. Now they tell me how little they can do for me. I won't be back!

The Scrub Shop is under new management. We stand behind all our products with regard to quality. If you are interested in trying us out again, we would be glad to help you find your perfect fit. If you have any problems with our products being defective in the future please bring them into the store so we may rectify the problem. The Price is Right! – ...and so is the customer service. I met both the owner and her sister (who helped me) both were so personable. They have a great selection and it didn't cost me a fortune to upgrade to a few size SMALL (!!!) scrub sets.
My fav place to shop – They have good prices and a great selection. I am 5'9, and it is difficult to find pants that fit, and they have a ton of tall pants to chose from. I enjoy the customer service, they have given me new styles to try on (that I would have not considered if by myself) and I loved the fit!! Thanks for helping me out of a style rut!!!
Good experience – Love this place!!! I have always found great scrubs to wear, and I get compliments at work. The staff is really nice and very helpful.
