Very friendly and courtesy.
First, no really even answers the phone. I was trying to make an appointment and it took me days to get in touch with someone. Finally, I got the appointment day for a facial and it was at 9am which I know they open at 10 am but why would they give me a 9am appointment when no one was going to be at the salon. It was very cold to be waiting outside and after waiting for 15 minutes there was still no one there. I am a male and I went in to get my haircut. They were nice, friendly, fast, and they gave me an amazing haircut. I usually hate my haircuts and have to wait for my hair to grow back but this time I hope it never changes. Wonderful Salon.
Love the place!!! Went and got my hair done by Teresa today and they are amazing. My hair turned out so pretty.... I will be coming back Teresa for my press!!!
